Why not just snap the Joker's neck? Batman knows the Joker always gets out and murders a lot of people...so by not killing the Joker, Batman indirectly allows for the deaths of thousands.

@grumblekin That's the thing about Batman (and pretty much every other hero in the DC universe), he doesn't kill anyone, no matter how evil they are. That's why all the enemies that he fights only gets unconscious.

pretty much what everyone else says. if bats starts killing people, then in his mind, he wouldnt be any better than the guy who murdered his parents. so he's trained himself to never go that far, even by accident.
