Never start in 4x4. Always go 2, then switch to 4 if you need it.

@thegerman68 your comment is old, so things may have changed, but if you still haven't found a locker, the ARB RD139(I think that's the number) will fit the rear axle and an ARB RD51 will fit the front. Eaton also has an E-locker that fits the front and they make a Tru-Trac lsd that fits the rear if you'd rather go that route.
