The thing about LCS Cheat Device is the flying cars suck, they hover down a lot, you cant just stay at one altitude like you can in VCS Cheat Device. It's still fun, but not as good.
The hack is a hovercars cheat on edison carter's cheat device. Google it, though these cheats are now 5 years old, so you're kind of late to the party on this. I don't even play this game anymore.
Where do i get one? I love BTTF Hill Valley (Vice City Mod), and if i could enjoy that on-the-go would be AWSOME!!! If i can get get one, could i time travel?
Mine is too, there is this small deep scratch is the bottom left corner. And theres this huge black spod, about the size of a penny, on my screenin th top right corner, somethings wrog with the screen for the spot.. its not on the actual psp
haha this is easy to DO just search a video on youtube called "how to put cheat device in psp gta Lcs/Vcs" All set your done just follow the tutorials i got also got CXMB and CFW speaking about CFW mine is 4.01 m33-2 You also need CFW to Work the Cheat device Completely Turn of your PSP hold R trigger while you On the psp THe recovery Menu
