She should also say to pull your stomach muscles in as much as you can. I'm trying the You on a diet workout and this is part of the exercises, but the trainer tells you to pull the stomach in. You will feel it if you do that.
8 seconds? On my first try i did 45 seconds on the side and now i do about a minute after only 2 weeks of working out. Thats 1:00 per side and then 1:30 down the middle.
