The chords are pretty simple....

from the beginning it's C - C7 - F (then 2020 - not sure what that chord is named off the top of my head) - C - A7 - Dm - G7 - C

- and now you move into the small riff, it's played on the middle 2 strings on the first fret or two, pretty easy to figure out.
