I think they, like most of the twilight fans, love Robert and Taylor instead of the actual story. HP has amazing stories, in-depth characters that you have to love, and amazing details. JK Rowling created a whole different world and its completely extraordinary.

Dumbledore explains everything he needs to know. Harry realizes that he's not really dead; Voldemort has killed the horcrux that's been living inside his body for seventeen years.

If you followed the story of the Elder Wand, you know that Harry is its rightful owner, so when Voldemort cast Avada Kadavra on Harry, it merely knocked him unconscious. Because the Killing Curse didn't kill Harry, it destroyed the piece of Voldemort's soul that was in Harry, so he was no longer a Horcrux.

However, Harry does have the choice to move on, or to return and defeat Voldemort. He could have chosen to die, but he didn't.

yeah, I know that. That's what I explained if you read my second comment. Harry didn't die. He thought he was dead because he met Dumbledore at King's Cross Station. They talked for a while. Harry learned that he was the seventh horcrux and that Voldemort killed it himself. Harry then noticed a naked child curled on the floor under a chair. Dumbledore made him realize that it was Voldemort's rebuilt body with his blood in it.

@FireintheBreeze123 Hermione has blood on her hands because Ron accidentally splinched himself after they escaped from the Ministry of Magic and she had to tend to his wounds, and Griphook helped them break into Gringotts to find the horcrux that was hidden in Bellatrix's vault. Hope this helps :)
