Its great that Gold Corp made the changes they needed to. But these are things they should have done in the first place. They cant undo the damage they have already caused. If the people of Honduras really do want a payout, they deserve it. And its obvious from this video Hondurans care more about their health than the jobs the mine provides. Especially since its making its employees ill.

Sounds like someone wants a big pay out from Gold Corp. Shut down the mining operations and put people in Honduras out ot a job. The leach ponds are all lined and fenced in. I also know Goldcorp also came in and upgraded the local commiunity water supplies, Filtering it and ridding them of harmful Bacteria. Making sure the mine's water supplies is seperate and kept from running down stream.
