Hey everyone................... I'm mexican here......... a guy............ Ok OK.. ok........can anyone tell me if this is REAL CUBAN RICE.......... all througout the videof I kept hearing "SPANISH"........... before when i was trying to learn to cook some authentic mexican food I also came across this "spanish" food. that sed it was "real mexican food....that wasnt mexican... so........ ARE THERE ANY REAL CUBANS THAT CAN SAY THIS IS "REAL" CUBAN" RICE.....????
Forget it! I'm da king when it comes to making Cuban rice. I'm a perfectionists when it comes to making Cuban food. Arroz amarillo, arroz con pollo, congri, arroz con salchicha, arroz con pitipuah (petite pea). No el salcocho ese que hacen por ahi. Mi arroz es bien desgranadito como la arena. No smushi.. Man, oh man. Finger licking good.
poor man's saffron..nice!..i'll use that when i make arroz a la valenciana instead of just food coloring..
fyi: arroz a ala valenciana is pretty similar to this. we just put more ingredients like pork, chicken, shrimp, dried grapes, and red bell pepper..it doesn't have tomato sauce..and we use water with pineapple juice instead of chicken stock/broth..
I don't want to be mean, but that cuban lady looks like a man! XD
