But when you want to gain muscle you need to eat therefore you will put on little bit of fat.

Hey Adam, I'm 46 and while not being a couch potato, I'm getting into the gym again after waaay too long. Like everyone else, I'm looking to gain somthing that resembles a pysique. I'm wondering if my age works against me in any way and even as a late starter, if I can gain muscle definition. Are you aware of any limitations?

Cranky means not happy about something, funny I thought that word was universal, obviously not! I haven't wuite got that 6-pack yet but Yeah, I'm the happiest I've ever been because of where I came from 3 years ago(27% bodyfat @ 105 KG's).
