My Granddaughter was put up for adoption at birth and my son went to San Diego Family court to get custody of her. During the Mother's pregnancy, the Mother being, (Katharyn T. Petty) was aware the paternal family wanted this child however she chose adoption.
I raised this child for nearly seven years in Missouri while the Mother entirely abandoned her visitation rights until March of 2005 when we received messages on our phone demanding that she is Littlebug's Mother and she wanted to speak with Littlebug right now!
Shortly after the Mother took custody of Littlebug then she abandoned Littlebug for one year at a daycare. Our May 5th 2005 San Diego Family court custody hearing came and Littlebug was ordered to live at the daycare in San Diego.
Littlebug was forced to live with strangers where blood was found in her panties two weeks before court because it was inconvenient for Katharyn to travel to Missouri if she wanted to visit with Littlebug.
July 2006 the daycare said Katharyn never came to visit Littlebug but once, maybe twice during that year this statement was spoken during a hearing when the daycare dumped Littlebug back into the system.
This time the maternal Grandmother was given custody and the court was aware the maternal Grandmother as well as the Mother had abandoned Littlebug at the daycare back in 2005.
The guardian ad litem reported I had Littlebug at the top of her class & Littlebug had a great bedroom and that we loved her a lot, yet David B. Oberholtzer preferred the maternal family.

We'd all be better off if ALL FEDERAL GRANTS were cut off, and local County people put up the money for what THEY saw as a NEED.
