this is true however that does not mean you should just submit to their every command. There are many cases where the person was tazed for no reason. I have seen a video on here where a man was told to get on the ground and after he was on the ground with his hands behind his back he was tazed. there is no justifying that. no public servant should ever be given a position in which they can not be questioned or recorded while they are doing their job.
