@ruksoo There is a light. You can press a button and it will blink to tell you how much of a charge it has.

I have an iPhone 3GS and won't charge it; it says that the device isn't meant to charge the phone or whatever little message. I have 2 different USB tips and neither works! How can I fix this?

@macmostvideo Yea the tech people said that one of the tips i had wasnt compatible with the solio classic i have. they asked for my address to send me the proper tip

PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS THIS PLEASE REPLY. does this work on the new i pod chromatics cuz i hav had 10 ipod chargers in the past and they all didnt work on my chromatic and it says on the i pod "charging is not supported on this accesory" so i read it up about it and there are only a few plug in wall chargers for it and now the only way to charge mine is on the comp if anyone knows if it will work on the solio plz reply :)

I have the same problem, the iPod (4° generation) says that the charging with the firewire cable is not supported... :(
