  • hey got a question, I hate chest day and im stuck on the same weight for like a month now, is there any workouts or anything to get me out of this or something that will help me enjoy working out chest? thanks

  • @ZaPeeXP well, 3-4 times a week. But it depends on how well you train. Normal sets are fine just to be in shape like 3x10 or so. Keep it simple. Once you'll be older, you will be able to work on strenght with big exercices like squating and deadlifting heavy weights with small reps. For know, i'll suggest you to keep it simple :)

  • @ZaPeeXP don't whorry bro, I worked out carefully, just to be in shape till 17 years old. Now my height is 6'4'' and my body is able to be pushed. I know lots of people who trained like crazy in their young age and now have problems with their back. Let time go my friend, time is everything. Keep it up :)

  • @ZaPeeXP You are still young man, age is an important factor. Muscle will grow naturally. You certainly don't need these shakes at your age :/

  • I dont get it. What does it being uneven do more then with the same size?

  • @JoeLovesFitness it forces one side to do more work ... so you get a chance to isolate the muscle group that you want to work. I mean you can do the same thing by doing dumbbell presses but it is mainly about switching it up and adding a new bag of tricks to your workout.   • scott i think in each of your vids u should explain how what this exercise works. eg in this vid explain the advantages of doing pushups with uneven balls compared to even ones. thanks mate

  • @ZaPeeXP You should not worry about that.. When I started working out at the age of 15, it took me two years for my chest to look even. By time your chest will look a lot better, not fully even, but when you gain enough muscle it won't be visible :)

  • i guess the point of doing this is to activate a lot of muscles needed for balancing that you would not doing regular push ups, just like with trx, right?

  • @derSchmidi yes and it also offsets the weight that one arm has to work with ... so in a way you would be isolating one muscle group more than the other ... so it does work on balance and it does work on muscle isolation.   • @Brachios12 Err, increased repetitions due to LESS weight, sorry!

  • @Brachios12 Also, increase the number of repetitions since you're doing more weight and the slow repetition should help to develop a burn in the target muscle group, this will allow you to create the mind-muscle connection that I feel is crucial when working out.

  • @Brachios12 Try taking the weight down and performing the repetitions slower such as a 1-4-1-4 rule and have a spotter watch you perform the exercise to help correct any deficiencies.

  • Can anyone help? When i do chest exercises like dumbbell press and fly's i feel it in my deltoids and triceps. I know it's a form issue but i don't know specifically how to correct it.

  • @Brachios12 your shoulders and triceps are going to be working no matter what you do. You should do iit at a lower weight and concentrate on squeezing the muscle gro.   • How does this exercise work on your body? Will the use of other uneven, but more stable objects give the same result?
