Guys I have found the solution! Go to your folders, in music, and click the iTunes folder. Then you click on the one that says, "iTunes Media". All of your stuff is in there! Music, Movies, Names of Apps! Have any problems? Ask!

@MssCamilleC If you transfer those files into iTunes, they will show up with their NORMAL names in the iTunes list. :) They just need to be four-letter words in order for iPods to recognize them I guess.

You can also get your ipod to show up under the "My Computer" screen by going to iTunes, click your ipod icon, and then check "enable disk use"

@Nice08x 1. open " my computer" 2. open up whatever letter of corresponding drive your computer recognizes your ipod as ( in my case it's "my name (F:) " ),

3. click "Tools" near the top left hand corner of the screen of THAT window,

4. click " Folder Options " inside the little drop down window that appears,

5. click " View " Tab

6. put the dot on " Show hidden files, folders, and drives,

7. click on " apply" and " ok"

THAT SHOULD THEN show the " iPod_Control" folder transparent :D

@Nice08x sorry it didn't work or if perhaps there was some confusion. good luck. ( I didn't htink about this. I always run my pc with my user name AS the admin. i do it in cmd prompt that's probably why it worked..i didn't remember this until now. " net user administrator /active:yes " make sure to press space bar ONCE between " administrator and the " / " you should get " successful message". log out of windows and you should see the admin account.. cheers

@Nice08x however please note I am NOT responsible incase you ( like i do occasionally with other things in life) have a brainfart and accidently adjust something else that could mess something up. also be warned some say being signed into the admin account can make you more vulnerable. I personally have NEVER had one virus. I use common sense, use the right stuff and don't over do protection. And I know what to manually check in windows registry among other sensible adv things. cheers.

I have a question...if the ipod has viruses can it give it your computer if you tranfer the music into it...my friend has an acer laptop and i transferred music into it from a 180 video ipod..after wards it was weird because sometimes it would stay stuck at the loading bar where it says microsoft...she never knew it was my fault but til this day she struggles with it..i dont know if it was really my fault or hers because she is careless with it to.. she has no antivirus or anything HELP!

@dontwantnofritos yea disregard my last comment because i have 48gb worth of songs in my ipod video and i put that it worked because it was copying and when it got half way it crashed my computer and i had to restart it and everything. then i tried dragging file by file and it crashed half way finished next im going to try song by song but that will take forever because thats 5.8k+ songs. so if you can make another video that doesnt crash my computer that would be nice (i have vista computer)

thats cuz when you plug in your ipod it automatically opens up your itunes and it has to be closed. what you do is plug in your ipod, itunes opens auto. click on the ipod, then go down to options and uncheck "open itunes when ..." then unplug your ipod and close itunes then plug it in again and continue. i hope this helps
