So one is faced with abusing their children through food deprivation enabled by massive economic re-structuring (NFTA) on one side of an imaginary line or "abusing" them on the other side by trying to give them a better life without taking into consideration the viciousness of US government to detain and deport without humanitarian considerations. I just read your blog and as usual it rationalizes breaking the law. The only thing that I agree with is your points about corporations. They should be prosecuted with criminal penalties and huge fines with CEO's doing the perp walk.

Well said, Look at the many laws throughout US history that have been broken w/ contempt. Colonial taxes, runaway slaves "breaking the law" etc. I don't waste time criticizing the powerless. They make choices based on survival, thinking of it as a rational decision is unproductive. Those in power profit off the "law breakers" without consequence because they have the most influence in making these "laws". Understanding who is in control of the "law" and who profits from it is far more productive
