This isnt the correct chord progression. there are no Fs or Cs involved and its tuned down 3/4 step. but otherwise its pretty sweet

Great sound Tom, I'm a fairly new guitarist (6 months in), and this gives me something to work towards. One of my favorite tunes - no offense to Mr Plant but I love the version that Jimmy Page played with the Chris Robinson and the Black Crowes in 98 or so.

one thing i notice when playing this song, is to try just one stroke of the F before the C instead of 2 strokes. this is only on the chorus. the intro should keep 2 strokes. just give it a try. but this is amazing regardless

Very nice, I'm getting pissed off though. I keep looking for this tab but all the ones I find don't sound like the song. I've tuned my guitar down a half step but still sounds nothing like the recording. Maybe they're using modified chords?

See the other comments here for the chords. No need to tune down. Then again, I don't think it's necessary to sound exactly like the recording.  I change the key on songs all the time to fit my voice.
