@JMV14eva How did you interpret that from what I wrote? I hope you're not applying to med school with reading comprehension that is that poor. My point is that Emory (generally considered a great school) is WAY far behind on the tech front (at least for the med school). With an endowment of $4.7 BILLION, Emory Med should have had this stuff in the early 90's - not 2007.
Emory just started to take off in the 90s. Before then it was a regional school and hardly had solid grad/professional education compared to peers. The other schools you mention can't say the same. The school rose up in the 90s-200s an undergrad institution and a university. Of course it's behind. It's the new comer among the USNews top 20s. Before making baseless comments, learn the history of the institution you speak ignorantly about,

Way to step into the 21st century Emory. It's funny how new (and generally considered inferior) med schools ALL have this equipment, yet when an established (an fairly prestigious) med school gets it, people make a big deal about it.
At least Yale, UCSF, and Harvard have been years ahead of Emory on the tech front.
really dude, why the hate for Emory? Of course Yale and Harvard would be ahead. No sh**. They have extremely large endowments and have had a place amongst top school for a much longer time. Let Emory grow. You should be congratulating it for getting even better. Would you rather it have stayed as it was before? Besides screw competition with other top schools. This will hopefully help the function of Emory's healthcare system which will help others who need it.
Yeah, I did. I thought I did a general reply. I must have clicked to reply to that person by accident. I don't know why I did that, but it's clear I was responding to m015094.
