To be the President of the USA, the Constitution of the USA indicates that he must be "a natural born citizen". To be a natural born citizen, he MUST meet 2 conditions:

1) he must be born in the USA.

2) he must be born of two American parents.

Both conditions are required!

1) is NOT met, as Obama never showed a LONG FORM birth certificate!

2) is IMPOSSIBLE TO MEET, as Obama's father was NEVER an American!

Hence, Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and is NOT eligible to be President of the USA!

COLB is abstract from certificate on file. Parents could be birth parents or adoptive parents. Dr. Fukino's statement page 76 of "Manchurian President" tips us that parents named on this COLB are adoptive, from amended birth certificate. Obama won't release original birth certificate showing birth parents, although it would prove at birth he was natural born U.S. citizen because it would also prove he is not black. He probably lost citizenship thereafter.

They were LEGAL immigrants with Green Cards. Allegiance meant less because citizenship conferred responsibility TO the Crown - taxpayers, soldiers, and property.
