They saw the 3-min. clip that focuses on Davis saying he won't pay Kiffin. Then they saw Kiffin's ENTIRE sportscenter interview, followed by this clip.

It all serves to hide the fact that an ESPN reporter was using information from the head coach of an NFL team that was damaging to the franchise in several aspects.

An edited 3-minute version of Al's conference was posted followed by Kiffin's ENTIRE exclusive Sportscenter interview. They never reported that Al Davis had his PR director confirm that comments in question were directed at their reporter.
