If the light's movement are slow you've got to search i there was a party that launched lanterns this day ?
Nothing significant to believe there is something else behind this kind of sighting than lanterns, sorry...
Everyone try to get a clean mind and don't link everything with extrtapolation. In the mass of observations only a few resist to explainations.

I just saw some more in Merseyside this evening!
Two inexplainable lights 22:30 in the south over towards Liverpool. Moved slowly away - appearing to disappear leave the atmosphere.
