You may be getting confused with "Southern Africa", which consists of all the countries in the southern part of Africa which includes Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique and South Africa (along with a few others).

No Andorra. Sumatra and Borneo are part of Indonesia and Malaysia, both of which are mentioned. No South Africa. No Cote d'Ivoire (or Ivory Coast). No Cape Verde either. Or Burkina Faso.
