After you fill out the i94c and the b2605j you will also have to fill out the kf7865 if you are arriving on mondays or wednesdays but only if those days fall on a full moon. If you are entering the united states from the south you will have to fillout the xb1265 form in triplicate. Once completed a courier service will deliver the paperwork to a secret location for processing. Remember you must have the xb1265 form in hand for each person that travelled on the plane or ship. @heartsineurope Yep, the ESTA is basically a visa substitute, on the flight to the US,. youll be given the I 94W, which along with your ESTA status will allow you through.
