You have negaitve pitch in your pitch curve. You have to adjust your curve so, that you're zero and then go positive from spool up. If you set yours up by the manual, then it's wrong for floats. You'll endup turning it in to a submarine. If you notice you didn't start getting positive pitch until you were up on the throttle. Adjust your curve for zero degrees at zero throttle and go positive from there.
