I've had two lumbar back surgeries in one year. My surgeon never mentioned anything about rehab or exercise??? Is that why I'm still in significant pain?
I think one should define "back surgery" a little more clearly. I have been fused and instrumented from T2 through to the sacrum and was looking for some rehab exercises...um, I don't think so!
well just got back from my first workout and I feel great. did 20 minutes of stationary bike, and light incline, fly, and push-ups. and did 2 sets of a 3different bicept exersizes. Pain, yes, injury no!!!Its very importantwell to increace your pain threshold. 3
Ok I was going to ask how long after surgery go do these. Im almost 3 months pozt surgery. I dont mind the pain as long as I dont re- herniate the disk. MY SURGEON SU KED! He negle tex to fix 2 other disks pre surgery he said I wouldnt need em done. Now hes saying I badly need em done
I had 2 surgeries over 2 years ago. Is it still okay 2 do the one o ur stomach when u pull back? It won't do a reverse affect will it? Or damage any nerves?
I'm post-surgery for 3 months now and I've been told by the surgeons that all these exercises are ok to do 3-4 months post-surgery, depending on your healing curve. So, if you're not yet doing this, you might want to atart!! :) It is very important if you don't want to go for surgery number 3.
Thank you Dr for posting these exercises on YouTube!
