How would he feel being raped by a gang of men. Goa is defamed because of this attitude which prevails amongst the authorities. Police who destroy evidence and protect rapists, Ministers who refuse any truth and justice for victims.

That is the shame of Goa.

Goa Ministers have lost face they must take responsibility for the performance of the police and they should fight for these men to go to prision, even if they are their children.
