Funny when I read stuff about this guy they say how brave he was and he was. But that was the whole point. He didn't want to be a sell-out and he made that clear. This is my favourite bills hicks show.

Admittedly though, i find him more thought provoking than funny.

I think the best thing about bill and his work was that we could all relate to it and him in a lot of ways.

But all things considered, watching his last few performances is always a little painful and sad because you could see the toll his illness was taking on him.. some of the youthful zeal and carefree attitude began to dwindle and he wasn't having as much fun any more.
