It looks a very scared animal to me you can tell its very frightened poor thing, really though can't see an animal liking the red carpet at a premier even if it stole all the scenes in the film, I wonder who designed the dress she looks mezmerisingly beautiful. Angelina eat your heart out.

I've worked with capuchins both in captivity and in the wild for many years myself and know a distressed capuchin when I see one... and Crystal is not happy!

@narutonut48 I've read all of your comments, all the way through. I'd be thrilled to be 8 years old again, or to find out that this monkey is not distressed after all.  But I am an adult, and a primatologist, and understand capuchin behavior - your uninformed opinion on how the monkey is feeling isn't going to change that. This is how capuchins act when they are distressed, it is as simple as that. I am really interested in why it upsets you so much that I am pointing this out?

From working around these primates on my reserve in the rain forest, I have found they all aspire to Hollywood. Her little noises aren't out of fright, but out of thrill of having so much attention ON THE RED CARPET of all places. Joanne Stanulonis, CEO, The Amazon Institute
