  • Hey Tim, a question. What's your favorite stuff to do in a lucid dream?

  • Thanks for your insight on lucid dreaming Tim. Very interesting and informative. Thanks a million...

  • i just kill myself if i wanna wake up

  • Benny Benassi concert?

  • LMAO what did the drunk guy say....he was funny.

I have a lucidipedia account, it really is great I'm getting better at lucid dreaming :)

  • @CrazyInLove16xx question, are you repeating it every single day. you stand up write your dreams etc. are you repeating that everyday ??? or is it just something you must to do once and then you're done? (sorry for bad english)

  • @BieberSecret Well I'm not so good at the advanced lucid dreaming techniques..I've got out of the habbit of writing all my dreams down..its been a while since I had a lucid dream. I think for better results you must repeat it as when i was writing it all down and doing techniques i had better results. I hope to try again with lucid dreaming soon and good luck to you :)

  • Wait Does this count if i have a false awaking 3 times in a row and i know im not in my room Does that count as me Being Lucid!!

  • Can't stop laughing at 02:20-02:32. XD

  • Thanks a lot Tim!

  • I could really see this working in my dream, the way you walk through reality as though it were a dream reminds of some lucid dreams i've had.

  • Fantastic series! I thuroughly enjoyed it

  • Well, i have not purposely tried to have a lucid-dream. But i do have them randomly every couple of weeks, and your right, whenever i do relize i control what is happening, it fades out and i wake up and don't remember some of the details.

  • For some reason my grandmas house scares me when I sleep in the extra bedroom I see children laughing and playing but there all shady. And my other grandmas house I see Godzilla destroying the whole city ( he comes out the ocean and shoots a laser into a building which is always grey with purple windows and people intantly gone just disapear into thin air)

  • unreal man, good job, you could went to the party :D

  • 5 stars Tim. Another great job. I love how you give us the feeling like you're recording from a lucid dream. It helps a lot. Thanks. You should make more videos of different techniques like FILD.

  • enjoyed it so much!

    thank uuuu

    keep on rockin (^_^)VVV

  • The way I do it if I really want to wake up is to close my eyes as hard as possible and then open them as hard as possible and then do this a couple times and then eventually my real eyes open.

Thanks a lot for both of your series, very helpful!

  • I can wake up whenever I want in my dream.

I'm dreaming and tell myself "Hm... let's just wake up" and I'm awake...

  • you could wake up from dreams by wiggling your toes or fingers there one of the few muscles that dont become paralyzed just throwing that out there in case anyone would like to know

  • wow i was confused after the spinning part, i actually did a reality check to make sure that I wasn't dreaming. but seriously i am SO going to use this in my dreams.

oh and i will never forget "Dah Woody Woodpecker (laughing as if going into drunken stupor) HAHAHA Woody Woodpecker"

And he takes it all in stride.

  • great videos mate! Great concept filimg them from a dream and first person perspective

  • I usually hit myself in the head when I want to wake up! :D ololol

I can usually "Freeze" nightmares when I become lucid. Then I see a Playstation-control infront of me so I can "Continue" or "Exit" (wake up). Strange :O

    Good vids btw! :)

  • Ive noticed that if you sort of assert control over your dream then you can have more control over dreaming, like after saying that it was my dream, I was able to teleport without the spinning technique.

  • am an expert lucid dreammer myself i usualy dream 2 to 3 lucid dreams a night that last about 4 to 10 min long...i sleep about 14 hours a day usualy waking up about 3 times i dream recall like you wouldint beleive almost 20 times a night am looking for a way to self induce a coma from my experience in lucid dreaming people in dreams can help you dream longer anyways most people think am lying wen i talk about knowing wen am dreaming would be nice to tal to some one at the same level

  • about the teleportation, I actually did that last night in a semi lucid dream (a dream where I have my senses, think, and are capable of doing more things than usual with a distinct difference from a regular dream,) but instead of spinning, in my dream I pictured a keyboard in my head, and thought "shift+click," then imagined my hands doing that on the keyboard. The reason that worked is because in the Sims 3, if you have a certain cheat on, your sim can teleport that way.

  • thats fascinating

  • I often wake up falsely and write down the dream I saw, only to wake up again and notice I haven't written a word. Very annoying.

  • im havent checked out all your videos yet... but is it possible to ask people questions in dream and receive and accurate answer? based upon conscious information that couldn't be put together with the every day conscious mind?

  • from my experience dreams are very complicated and they are sometimes afraid to anser your question or give you an anser thats totaly irelevant so what i do is let them start a conversation whit you and then ask them questions on what ther saying

  • what if this guy was so good at lucid dreaming he filmed this in his dream with his dream camera and put in on a real computer in his dream. woooah!!1 no seriously sick vids man.

  • Great videos Tim. Thanks for taking the trouble to share your skills with us.

  • I've now watched all your videos, Tim. Thank you so much for posting these! They have been a huge help and inspiration to my lucid dreaming. I look forward to any future videos.

    - Steve

  • holy crap!

in my first lucid dream about 3 days ago i was spinning then i woke up in my bed in my dream like 3 times and i all thought they were real awaknings!

    now i know why!

    thanks you!

  • Those "fake wake ups" happen to me too sometimes! My dream journal has become a dream sign because of them!

  • Last week, I returned to my flying dream five times after waking.

  • When I want to wake up, it's enough for me to close my eyes in a dream for a while. Because if I lose contact with the dream, the dream ends.

  • To wake up you can also just thrash around and shake your head as hard as you can. thats how i wake up

  • Hey man, jij bent nl! Dat lucid dreaming is egt cool, lijkt me:p ik ben pas net begonnen en het is me 1 keer per ongeluk gelukt maar k werd meteen weer wakker;) heel erg bedanlt in ieder geval!!!

  • how about english?

  • Brilliant set of videos! Just keep these babies coming, Kojak!

  • thats was cool with the elevator. i did that getting out of a dream abou my ex

  • ive been doin that wake techinque since i was 8

  • i wish i had an elevator ;_;

  • This is actually quite cool. In fact, about 5 or 6 days ago I had a lucid dream. I didn't fly because I didn't want to, but I remembered old dreams where I could pick up really light objects without touching them.

In my lucid dream, I then started to pick up distant heavy objects by pointing with my index finger. It was quite fun, actually!

For me, I don't really need a dream journal, because usually every dream I remember is either half lucid or fully lucid, like the one mentioned above. ;D

  • A dream journal also helps you remember dreams, so you may have more lucids.

  • I am a natural lucid dreamer ;)

  • Btw after I posted that comment I did make a dream journal at lucidipedia.

  • I get what you're saying, but you said " usually every dream I remember is either half lucid or fully lucid ". A dream journal also helps increase how often you have dreams. I went from remembering one dream every 2 weeks to remembering 2-4 lucids a night. Imagine what you could do with 4 lucid dreams a night.

  • Well, I had 2 lucids last night ;)

  • cool im a new WILD'er and i just had my first. sticking my finger through my hand as a reality check was the coolest feeling ever lol and playing live with led zeppelin lol

  • haha nice :)

  • yes yes it was lol ill have another one tonight

  • Tim, I know you really liked the matrix films, and you do remind me of neo

  • its always daytime in my dreams

    rarely is it night.

  • de derde keer dat ik probeerde lucide te worden werd ik lucide zonder reality check.

en daarna werd ik ook elke keer lucide zonder reality check. ik weet niet wat het is maar ik weet ook als ik droom het voelt gewoon anders.

    dankjewel :)

  • drunk guy said i want to greet my mother i'm imitating woody wood pecker and i'm 18 years old ....wel something like that :P he was drunk...

  • I think that drunk guy swore at him. :| I'm not sure though haha.

  • Where is that? Amsterdam? I saw a bike just before you began explaining the spinning technique. :)

  • thank you for your perspective. very enjoyable and tought me a lot.

    thanks

  • Thanks for putting these videos together. When I was a young child I had lucid dreams all the time, but as I got older they stopped. I'm going to try and have them again now that I'm quite a bit older.

  • Well I am 31 and when I was a child I used to have lucid dreams quite often but eventually they stopped. It wasn't until I followed the advice of Tim (Lucidipedia) that I began having them again! Now I am progressing in empowering my dreams little by little. Give it a try, do not give up!

  • Thanks for the encouragement. I'm going to keep trying.

  • If its any help do what I did (a but hardcore though LOL): I set my watch to alarm every 15 min on a sunday...when the alarm went I'd stop whatever it was I was doing and do 10 reality checks and REALLY do them.

I mean, I would REALLY question my consciousness in every reality check.

I had a lucid dream that night, but was so excited I broke it lol!

Eventually, I gave up b/c my excitement kept breaking it and when I gave up and became lucid - was reluctant to get excited and the dream worked!

  • The drunk guy said something with "woody woodpecker". Thats all i know for now. xD

  • Thanks to these videos, I had a lucid dream the very night I watched them.

    Thank you.

PS : I have had over 30 lucid dreams before but I lost motivation a few weeks ago. Your videos helped me getting this motivation back.

PS2 : You make lucid dreaming a funny thing and that's what is crucial to have one (along with motivation).

  • What was the drunk guy saying?

  • Thank you so much for you series!

It's been a pleasure and a fantastic experience to watch your techniques that really teached me a lot. I want to write a lot more, but I don't have the time because I'm going to sleep! :)

  • thanks for all your vids

  • well, this was so inspiring that after watching it yesterday I dreamt of a similar party last night and became lucid in the dream :-) Thanks!

Not only interesting, but very entertaining to watch.

  • LOL at the false awakening in the bathroom. this was great!

  • awesome videos, thank you so much

  • Ik wil graag de groeten doen aan m 'n moeder xD lol

I would like to say hi to my mom xD

  • what the drunk guy say to you? lol

  • yes, we want to know!!!! :)

  • Great videos! I'm very glad to have found these videos , and hope to put them to great use in my *hopefully* soon lucid dreams!

  • only 10 parts!?

ok, just kidding. They were great! =]

Makes me REALLY want to focus on WILD. again.

  • Very enjoyable video and lol at 2:20 threw 2:30.
