i know people are like, "it takes ages to get through the game so let him takes his time" but it's been 2 weeks now and before he was uploading more regularly than this... he doesn't have to complete the entire season in order to upload one video about maybe the first half or even third or quarter, if he must, of the season.

I have a question connected to FM 2012, and i thought that this is the right place to ask it. I took a facepack from Internet, it works very good, but i dont have some player's faces, so i thought that is gonna be a good idea to make my own pictures. I put the unique ids on the name of the pictures and i put them near the others pictures, but the game does not see them, and i dont know why. All of them are still working, instead of these pictures that i just put, and i dont know why.

Thanks for the lovely videos, NTM, very sympathatic that you have only modest succes, makes the series much more real. The way you got sacked by Arsenal and now have to rebuild your reputation is quite beautiful.

Some tips from my own experience:

1. always praise your team after wins for morale boost

2. don't talk to team at half time if you are ahead

3. I have two teams that I rotate completely for every game: every player plays and is happy

4. sign young players, sell when they are 28 or 29.
