I don't see where in the bill Obama is for complete government control either...? Maybe it's just my idealism shining through, but I actually had faith in our nation for a while to look beyond his party and see a man who's trying to break down the barriers of our outdated two parties. I guess we'll see though...

In my opinion, a president is not meant to solve every citizen's problems the second they take office. They're there to ensure life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They're there to inspire citizens and give them and ends to work to...
maybe the man's not very trusted at the moment, but he's definitely intelligent, so your joke-insult kinda makes 0 sense. gimme some credible humor slanted at the man and I'll bite. Namecalling = fail though...
I can give you quite the list of immature Democrat congresspersons too, but Wilson was outta line by a mile here and I think the president handled it quite well. I, for one, still have faith that he has the best intentions for this bill and it's effect on the nation. we'll see though...

While it may be wrong for Joe Wilson to shout out "you lie!" during the meeting the fact that the president DID lie on the illegal immigrant issue as well as others warrented this response. PLUS there was murmering right before his outburst so he was just caught up in it all.
Obama! Obama! Obama! Obama!
