The video quality in this video makes it rather obvious that it's just someone making their own "banned commercial." :V

It is completely against the style Doritos uses in their commercials.

The first "Impact" was far too melodramatic and the acting too timed with the music to be believable, things they wouldn't have in a real commercial. Congratulations everyone, you're arguing rights over nothing but something someone made and put in the internet calling it something it isn't.

If you look at the comparison.

The violence shown in the one I recently presented is much greater then what is in this commercial.

Yet its banned, and the one where the man faces a greater degree of violence done to him is not banned.

There is only one reason why, and I shall say it again.

Its because a woman was hit, even though she hit the man back.

Her getting hit at all was enough for this commercial to be banned.

Which undoubtedly proves there is a bias going on.
