There are many communities in the mountains areas of Pakistan that they are of Greek origin. But the Kalash people have a special academic interest because they seem to be culturally almost “intact” (religion, symbols, traditions, community habits, clothing etc) and in their own oral history they actually say that they descend for Alexander’s soldiers.
