ok for all who have no idea how he did this, you simply kill the scarab before it finishes doing its stretch and it will go underground for about 3/4 of a second and launch anybody on it either to death or somewhere were they will most likely barely survive. the highest i'v ever gotten was the 3rd tower roof, you are at the tip of the barrier and cannot jump at all. glitches and easter eggs in halo games happen to be a specialty of mine and its time i share em all. ask for help anytime.
