  • ate popeyes fried chicken and it was gone in 10 minutes after doing this

  • Can u say DAAAYUM

  • how the hell do you STAY IN ONE PLACE? When I try to do this I end up moving all around the room and falling all over the place.

  • @harrvies try this, instead of always having the legs of the floor, the leg that you extend place it on the floor while you finish the rep, then when you change place the other leg on the floor and bring the one on the floor. Do this slowly to get the hang of it, then try doing it like it is demonstrated here.

  • will this you give abs or just a flat stomach?

  • Terrible form

  • @observer855 you'd think he'd know that considering he's taping it, there's no excuse when you can play it all back, am i right?

  • @saderguy touche'

  • Way too fast.

  • @Darknives: I need to lose my stomach?! Dude, there are skinny people checking here too! I'm skinningly lean.

  • This guy's technique is really bad

  • This stimulates the most muscle activity in that area and is therefore considered the most effective exercise. Of course it doesn't matter if you have an unhealthy diet...

But that doesn't mean purging on fat or anything. A common misconception is that fat is unhealthy. That's wrong. Fat (as in triglycerides) in the wrong amounts is unhealthy. Pretty much anything is unhealthy in the wrong amounts, which includes too much or too little.

  • @andrew33323 Of course it matters if you have an unhealthy diet you douche. Like everyone else is saying, to get your abs to show you need to get rid of the fat on your stomache, you can excercise them as much as you want but if you still have a gut on top of them you won't be able to see them.

  • Like the music !!!

  • this guy is doing it wrong. the legs have to be straightened all the way to starting position.

  • @Jackadiss whatever hes doing seems to be working... :P

  • @guitarsly111 no dude. he probably did some other ab work out to get that 6 pack. then some guy hired him to model this exercise

  • what do u prefer to eat im eating lots of vegetables and i wanna know do protein bars help?

  • Best ab exercise you can do, does everything and is the funnest. But cardio and good nutrition is what is going to get them to show.

  • hey im 15 and weight 10.5 Stone im, im not fat but i do about 30 mins of running each "day" of the week, maybe the odd 1 day off sometimes on some weeks but im 5.8 in height , how long would it take for me to get a six pack ? x

  • @MrIrishlogic thats true...hes not doing it properly, not supposed to strech neck like that in this actual workout

  • @SqrtNegativeOne perhaps you have a week back.....crunches and most ab workouts use your back muscles also. try an isolation workout for abs....if there is any. i recommend ab workouts on a medicine ball,

  • i thought tats vin diesle at first...lol

  • How long would it take for 13 year old around 5ft and 5.5stone?

My mums a personal trainer she said around 6weeks is that accurate? I am in good shape, I eat very healthy I rarely have fatty foods such as chocolate, ice cream etc. I have plenty of protein, veg, fruit bladdy blaa

  • @SqrtNegativeOne If you are doing them on the floor, try it on a mat.If you are doing it on a mat then you might need to go to a doctor

  • Someone please reply to this?

how long would you say it would take for a

    14 year old male

    5 foot 10

    10 stone

    to get a six pack?

  • @bidy182 about six weeks....just work out 5 days a week and rest 1-2 days to let yourself grow. and watch your diet.

  • im not good with dieting because i dont like loads of foods but i needing to get a 4 pack to 6 pack in around 1 month,

i was wondering how many should i start doing a day im not really fat...

    im 14 height: 5´3 weight : 9.5 stone

(also im starting to run for around 1 hour everyday because i know that will help)

  • What exactly qualifies as a "good diet"? Well actually I should say what do you eat for a good diet since theres literally thousands of so called diets.

  • @SqrtNegativeOne your probably arching your back thats why try to bring your head and shoulders a little higher and see how that works good luck ;)

  • im really skinny and can pretty much see msot of my bones lol. since i have such a high body amtabulism and low body fat how long do you think it would take me to get a 6 pack? also how do u get an 8 pack?

  • @eltotoloco69

You could get one pretty fast. A couple of weeks if you do it right i reckon, but i don't really know. 8-packs are not something you can just "get". It's in your genes if you have an 8 or 6-pack :)

  • i have a huge penis

  • @BlankedOut69 u have a huge penis by looking at him?

  • i think this guy is doing it wrong, u shouldn't put ur hands behind ur head because ur pulling on your neck which causes tension and can cause problems later on, u should lightly grab your ears

  • If he didn't have his hands behind his head then his neck would be exposed to more tension, so I don't understand your argument

  • @davidiscoolerthanu exactly. you just are supposed to rest them there. Just touching your head lightly.

  • i agree davidisnotcoolerthanme.....

  • you're pulling on your neck too much.

  • ..so will this exercise effect your lower back?

  • beginners shouldnt do as many the abs need to be conditioned 3sets of 10 is cool if you do tomany the next day you will feel pain you wont belive so take it slow eack week do alil more

  • @buggeazy102

pain is good, shows you worked out well, if there is no pain there will be no progress

  • @1ngjoxsh yess it is but if your a beginner you have to take it slow or you will damage your abdominal

  • yup, I agree

  • i agree....NO PAIN NO GAIN!!!...

few RAW eggs in a cup... gulp them down too!!....ROCKY...in the REMAKE!!!

  • @buggeazy102

    yeah 3x10 is good.

  • @sandeep1990 yes tension helps to

  • @Dirtyred567 2 months have passed! Your program sounded very good, how well did it work?

  • Haha WOW I've been doing it comletely wrong.

  • yup, same..

  • @Dirtyred567

Congratulations! I wish it was possible to jog in Estonia as well :P (We have too crappy weather for that atm.)

    What vegetables are ya using?

  • this man is a beast!

  • Comment removed

  • i do these every time i go to the gym until im absolutely burnt out. Unbelievably effective.

  • @UkPR0

I have a question... Why would you do this in a gym? That's a waste of time if you ask me. In a gym you should do something that you can't do at home, and this exercise should be done at home.

  • I guess when I'm in the gym I'm in the right mood for them, but yeah I do them at home aswell, and at my local gym there are next to no Ab machines.

  • @TrashyPatty i use to go to the gym and do things i can do at home i work out at home cus i dont have time for the gym anymore ..the gym is for motivation i can get a better work out in the gym then at home at the gym you are focused at home you are not

  • How Many Do I DO A Day?

  • Once a day or once you go to the gym or workout!

  • All you can I guess?

I mean, its not like you need X amount of times and it will magicaly pop..

The more you do it the better/faster you will get results?

  • u dont even need to do abs every day but id say like 4 sets of 20-40 depending how fit u are

  • I've been doing this exercise for about a week and already see results.

  • 90secs x 3sets

  • is this the best way to build up abs quickly? someone reply please (by actually pressing the reply button -.-) :)

  • Getting abs comes mostly down to diet. You need to eat right in order to get a six pack. Infact diet accounts for 80% of your success.

  • ok then, is this the best way to get abs via exercise?

  • tysm man, you have helped alot!

  • @SixPackNow i do these, situps, crunches, thai crunches, leg raises, reverse cruches how many reps shod i do for each i usually do 104 for each. for leg raises i do 54 reps and for bicyle crunches i do 144. can u tell me if this is alright? plz someone respond

  • @Bleakers3 having a ridiculously strong core under layers of fat isn't gonna do much... work on getting your body fat down like sixpacknow suggested.

  • @SixPackNow one of my mates, doesnt eat great, but he does ab exercises, and lots of cardio, is he just lucky or does that work?

  • lmao "by actually pressing the reply button" in never understood why people never reply using it

  • yeah it's annoying :D

  • Yes it is.

The bicycle uses every muscle in your abs to create a strong, lean torso. Pull your abs in during the exercise and keep them contracted throughout to protect your back. Remember to breathe and go slowly so you can really feel it! Do 10-16 reps.

  • how many sets of them? and how many times a week?

    sorry but i m totally novice. :)

  • if you want your abs to show, you just gota lose enough fat. that's all there is to it. from there you can do eercises to strength them and whatever, but they will never show if you dont reduce the fat, with diet and cardio exercise like running and stuff like that

  • @Darknives

yeah overweight people buying those electric ab toner machines and doing crunches thinking they are going to get a six pack are only fooling themselves, losing bodyfat is by far the most important factor in gaining a six-pack. Exercises increase abs size and definition but if a layer of fat is on top there will be nothing to see, and the person will only get strong ab muscles.

  • @Darknives wow dude ive been eating fatty foods and i kept working out my abs... and it was serious training to. i still managed to reveal a two pack however but to much work for so little and i already see all of my packs dents its just to much fatty =[

  • @Darknives this is for true six pack abs... toned and all :P

  • @Bleakers3 yeah it is

  • @Bleakers3 Yes this is the most efective Ab excersise that targets your Rectus Abdominis and your Obliques muscles according to the American Council on Excersise.

  • @Bleakers3 Basically: everyone has a six pack, it's mostly the amount of fat on top of the abs that differs. Eat right and lose weight = get a nice six pack. But to get some volume into the abs you need to work out too, of course.

  • Beautiful abs! I do these as well, although this guy is more robust and muscular than I am.

  • Wah..can it be replace by riding bicycle?? :D

  • lol that was too fast

  • actually they say to keep the motions right and fast, this way you get a tight mid section. He's doing them pretty good and also if you look at his abs, i'm pretty sure he knows what he's doing.

  • While doing it quicker is a little more useful to get the abs tighter quickly, it is also dangerous to the discs in the neck. So I would rather slow down my abs' growth to make sure the neck doesn't get hurt.

  • how long should someone do this

  • Too fast!

  • ive seen diffrent people do this, its all mostly the same way. if you are a beginer copy this exact motion, extending your legs all the way can hurt your lower back. at least it did mine, and i am in deecent shape. make sure you carefully watch, and reherse a professional form, or sevral before you try any new techniques!
