in the third season he's good in the future. it's not an alternate dimension it's a possible future. he does try to become good in season 3 but through a series of trickeries and being used so many times for other's needs he loses it and kills elle as well as trapping several people in PrimaTech. in season 4 he's a little confused. now he's bent on returning the favor to Noah Bennet. he did have a sort of friend in the beginning named Luke but i'm unsure of his whereabouts now in the show.....
