I never said that he needs to end world hunger. I merely suggested that the honor and the securiity detail should fit his accomplishments as president or whatever. Nevertheless, for someone who feels the necessity to police the world, he shouldn't have a problem with feeding the world. It cost far more money to police the world than to simply feed it. In this it would be Secret Service. Some SS or FBI vehicles permanently based in New York have just red facing forward.

(NY and ND are two that I know are different) This is so the public identifies the vehicles as legit law enforcement vehicles. Federal vehicles in ALL 50 states have both red and blue because that is most common among the states. But blue lights don't alone mean federal vehicles only.
