My family and I adopted him yesterday!!!! He's a wonderful dog and now has a loving home and plenty of land to run wild! He's soo sweet and soo precious!

If you are thinking of adopting long distance, I would call the shelter. Depending on the situation you can come visit him and take them home the same day. I have seen people from Conneticut come to Manhattan for the dogs.
