This is an incredible piece. It only comes up at high tide. There's another one at Canary Wharf. I saw another art work yesterday at Katharine Docks staged by the same people for DRIFT10. It was an origami paper boat that was folded by the artist (Frank Bolter) and volunteers and then he sailed away in it. He let some of the volunteers sail in it too. It was really beautiful - sometimes it looked like a swan from a fairytale

It's interesting to me to notice the instant sociological underpinnings that specific words like Fox and Union and Tea have in our current lives. This proves to me the political value of the "buzz word."
