  • I was thinking i should have played it safe and gone yukon, but in going with a russian model I saved money and got incredible quality and value. Thanks for the video, it has me relieved. :)

  • For the price Yukon's NMVT gen 1 just can't be beat, especially if it's your first time using night vision.

  • If your in a lighted area looking out to a dark area beyond, how well does this perform?

    Bobby...

  • What type iR illuminator did you use?

  • @shanesdaddy82 yes but the price tags?cant these get better with a good IR on?

  • Thats a nice, conclusive reply on a 1:57 minute video...

  • Get 'em now on W00t for @125!

  • its cheap is it evan worth it

  • NV w/o IR = very poor quality !

Next time move slower and only make outside videos, so that we can get a reference on actual starlight - light-capture without IR light.

    Thank you - regards

  • actually you'r right, you cant compare gen 1 tube with gen 2 or 3..but still, its fun to take it like a useful toy for night events :) maybe ill do, but next time a better video with a bit better camera.

    Thanks for coment.

  • @jjgoodq hey,I would of told him to gtfooh you cant moan at that, there under £100 quid and that had no IR,Im interested in more videos with a IR on.gen2-3 are stupid money and un justifiable unless your a soldier.Ive seen Gen 1s,cobra merlin with a bigger IR on and they are good for 100 yard pluss which is well enough distance for shooting in pitch black.

  • @whosthedaddy11 i purchased a surelight sidewinder compact which has IR mode. I'm gonna see the diff in NV quality and distance between the stock IR light on the Yukon Gen 1 vs the surelight w/helmet mount IR. I hope the sidewinder helps NV visibility through the Yukon monoscope.

  • @untouchblz The side winder is made by streamlight.

  • ANT VIPER ARE 100% BETTER

  • with the headmount is it easy to move around in???

  • lol all thoose "pros" :

"mine is way better evrything else sucks"

    xD

    get a life

  • What model of night vision is this? Would you recommend the Bushnell 26-2013 over the Yukon NVMT 1x24? If not why? I am considering buying one of these two sets. Could you or anyone give me their opinions?

  • Yukon Digital 5x is much better,

day and night usable, no damage to the internal tube.

  • MOTHER FUCKER I TYPED THIS FUCKIN MESSAGE 3 fuckin TIMES FUCK THAT FAGGET AUTOPLAY SHIT!!!!!!!!!! ok 3rds a charm or ima smash my monitor..... i wouldn't recomend the 1x24 unless you wanna buy mine for $200. the fact it has less than 2hrs on time should hint its no good. the viewing radius is soo limited.its kinda scary at night. makes me feel clostraphobic like i'm trapped in my own extremely limited peripheral vision

  • i'll make a vid tonight to show you

  • how much is this model and is it worth it. How does it compare to the ATN Viper that goes for between 229 and 299

  • its gen 1..every gen 1 is going to be the same

  • hahaha i bought my retron for 200,000 rubles

  • my yukon broke within a few months of having it the tube degassed and now im stuck with an expensive bit of kit that doesnt work. yay.

  • Nice :)

  • is the Yukon Advanced Optics 4x50 Night Vision Monocular or different model? thanks for posting

  • 2x24mm lens

    model NVMT 1

    :)

  • cant wait until Friday when I get payed and im going to buy myself a Yukon now I know more what to expect perfect timing on your video post.
