@lynndevega Body fat percentage is a big part of that. You can weight the same amount and have a different percentage of body fat. She prolly has more lean tissue than you do. But if you weigh 114 lbs you prolly don't have that much to worry about. Unless you're under 5'0" :)
it looks like you just lost weight from eating less....if you worked out and ate a balanced diet you would TONE up. Not sure if you are working out or not, but from the extra that you're grabbing(which isn't much anyway), it just looks like you haven't been toning yourself. Its easier to keep weight off if you stay fit too.

@juicyhotmess like 3 regular meals & 2 snacks & drink WATER! water and milk are good ways to fill up when you have a craving to just put something in your mouth. i had this project for nursing school so i had to do research on it so these were things i discovered. i set a goal of 5 lbs instead of a huge number so that i didnt feel like i failed if i didnt reach it. then added 5 lbs again & im doing that until i reach my real goal. so mini goals to reach the big one & mini exercise goals :)
Stop losing weight. You need the fat in your body to turn into muscle. So you need to increase your protein intake. Protein 40% CArbs 40% and 20% Fats. This is necessary food regimen you should follow in order to get toned and fit looking. Also concentrate more on weight training. Limit your cardio to 2- 3 times a week and strength train every other day. If you want to get rid of the size of your butt I recommend squats and the stairmaster.Try taking a kickboxing class its fun and works booty!!

Candice Swanepoel is pear shaped and STILL SO GORGEOUS and has a similar body to yours now. 110 would probably match you to her body.. But the only thing i can recommend for your butt is LUNGES!!!
