The song is NOT by Vanessa Mae.

Don't you think it would have been a big fuss back then if they had managed to get her for the OST? Nope. The style is similar (electro classic) but they had their own - probably a lot cheaper - violinists.

The song is "Uranus Soshite Neptune" and you can find it (and very likely the credits of the performers) on the Sailor Moon Super Collection Album.
