@Zibi21 back in 1978 they did not have hidden cameras..and if they did tape them the government probably have it secured ..these diplomats could not take anything such as a meeting like this and make copies ..just like you would not take records and papers from your boss and make copies..why would these people lie? to look stupid? to get laughed at? the reason they are coming out with it is because they feel others are doing it..and in South America they are taking it seriously
