third asana is not right because in real siddhasana you need to rest one knee on the top of the knee of other leg so which means one foot will rest on floor and touching the bottom part of body (perennial region) then other foot will resting on the top of that but in same position. Look for more 'Siddhasana' explanantion and pictures on google then you will have correct idea.
i need some help...i can not rest my knees flat on the floor like that specially in the third asana which affects the erection of my spine and makes straightig my elbows difficult...what asanas should i practice to give me some flexibility to do that?

Whatever health benefit you want from this posture, such as flexibility and tensing and relaxing certain muscles especially along the thighs and the back occurs no matter what you concentrate on.
