Think about it, Metallica and Anthrax sucked it the 90's, Slayer didnt release anything all that great and Megadeth strayed from thrash. Testament went to Death Metal. Thrash lost its popularity to Groove Metal and then to Nu Metal and Metalcore shit. Bands like Evile, Warbringer and Fueled By Fire are finally killing that shit
