@wtfjaftw He is a natural blonde, and after time it eventually darkens. It happened to me, I had light brown hair, I shaved my head and it grew back a bleach blonde/snowy blonde colour. Now when i get it cut it stays the same colour. I still have some hairs at the front with are really light but as I said before a blonde's hair will usually darken until it reaches a light brown/mousey colour.
