Ok, she showed us what a one-foot glide looks like, but it would have been helpful if she'd given some tips on HOW to do it, e.g. what to think about (standing straight, looking ahead, leg bent etc), common mistakes to avoid etc. Also, I tend to swerve to one side on my one-foot glide on my left foot and I can't be the only one to do this, so maybe she could have offered some tips on how to avoid/minimise this.
