  • Norma Talmadge, and her Sister Constance were the two most famous Sisters in America during the 20's. Norma was quite literally the biggest Star of her day. Even bigger than Mary Pickford. Vintage Magazine polls show that by 1920 she has eclipsed Mary in terms of popularity and Box office success. A position she maintained for the better part of 5 or 6 years. Remaining a top 5 draw until 1929. Sadly, today few of her movies have been made available to the public. Reputation has suffered.

  • One of the great film stars of the silent era , A GREAT GREAT FORGOTTEN STAR

  • The beautiful Talmadge Estate in the Hollywood Hills can be seen in Miriam Hopkins last film, The Comeback, aka Hollywood Horror House, and The Savage Intruder. This motion picture was filmed in the late 1960's and never released in the United States. It has beautiful views of the Estate up in the hills. This film starred Miriam Hopkins, with Gale Sondergaard, Minta Durfee and John Garfield, Jr. was filmed on location at the Talmadge Estate.

  • Another silent screen starlette* that seemly did well in her craft as

a actress, and a film producer. Remember this was a period were

female producers was almost unheard of or taken seriously.

    Bravo Norma Talmadge

    Bravo Baz
