I've heard awful things about LULU.com.... I hear they have awful customer service. Alot of people have never received books and since they don't have a phone number you can only contact them via email which they barely ever respond to

what do you think about me publishing my novel to infinity publishers. I think you send them the manuscript and work with you till your heart is happy. its a self publishing too.
