  • fucking awesome safety gear!

  • nice bike :)

  • this bike is for SKINNY PEOPLE

  • i got a question, how long did it take u to learn how to successfully ride that bike?

  • how tall is she? ... she needs some gloves and bombshell boots.!

  • LOL awww your so cute! I stalled so much during my first few days of learning to ride :P

  • its not about being how short the rider is....i'm standing at 1.5m and could ride GSXR 600..not surprise this girl could ride too..i have frens who r very tall but such a puss to ride bikes

  • Just to know the size ratio to me, and the rider in this video.

    How tall is she.

    Thanks

  • @xXxS4v4g3xXx I'm 5 feet 3 inches with abnormally shorter legs than average people that size... seriously :P

  • @monkiefunk Thanks a lot, because,

Even tho I hit the age of 16, i'm not what you call average hight for a guy.

Thanks so much, and hope you continued riding ;)

  • @monkiefunk so someone who is 6 foot 2 inches may look a lil odd?

  • @monkiefunk lol

  • how tall are you?

  • how tall is she?

  • 0:05 nazi salute?? =D

  • lol

  • @hartmut5000 hahahaha good spot!!!

  • lmao "rawrarar..." what?" "rrarwwarar" awsome, i laughed so hard i cried, A+ vid

  • till now, it's the best bike to buy and ride for 2 years when your 18.. at least in germany...

there is NO other street bike which fits the german 34bhp limit and 6.25kg/kw that good..

also it's cheap enough to buy for an 18-year-old rider AND it has great resale value.. can anybody deny these facts??

  • kawasaki has its best in every class :p

  • @flubbablubba123 Bajaj says that the CKD kit of the bike to be assembled locally in India at the Chakan plant will be imported from Thailand. The Ninja 250R is made in Thailand for various markets around the world. It is garbage low quality I would not piss on it if it was on fire.

  • @flubbablubba123 wow 18? its 16 in america... i used to live in germany but damn i didnt know you had to be 18 to drive... but then again i wasnt there long enough too know

  • @flubbablubba123 for now you are right..but in the beginning of 2013 the resale value of the 250r will drop at least in germany...because starting from 2013 beginners with 18 years will be able to drive up to 48bhp..

  • @34TR3m yep you're totally right!^^ that's why I didn't buy one after all^^ and I can't figure out why the f*** the german officials need so long to change this regulation -.- germany's bureaucracy sucks =/ but now I have a Z750 and I'm fine =)

  • @flubbablubba123 CBR250RR :P 45 BHP

  • @gsourze too much horsepower! read the stuff about the weight to power ratio ;) you will have to limit it's power to ride it legally when you havn't got a bike licence since two years or if you're younger than 25^^

  • dam shes bad 2 da bone

  • That bike looks really small now that i think of it...Anyone care to explain? lmfao.

  • its a 250, that's why its small...

  • haha u gotta start somewhere

  • good job

  • Yaaaaay! She did it! Congratulations!

  • is the bike so small?

  • lol no its not. the ninja 250's are alot smaller. the seat is lower too.

  • It is not the same size as a 600. Not even the tires. Go to kawasaki's website and check out the specs....you must not be a rider.

  • fucking idiot..........the 250 is smaller u fkn idiot!!!!

    god.......why the fuck r u arguing this?!!!!

go to the fucking website!!!!!! dumbass!!!!!god!!!

  • the seat of the 250 is not 5 inches lower its like 2 inches lower

  • yea....i was just mad at the guy above me for not getting his facts right...i think the 09'

    250r is like 30 inches....and the zx6r is like 32......

  • LOL SpFiota.. you are something special dude....

  • y does something like this get 100k views....?

  • the same reason you were on here watching this video and left a comment.....lol

  • 0:05

    nazi? 0_o

  • omg woman driver...

  • step by step baby.

  • thats what she says! ;D

  • Wonderful bike. They're only officially arriving here (on Brazil) this year, and I'm like crazy for one of those.

Oh and what others said: if you haven't already please do buy a nice jacket, pair of boots and gloves!

    Safe rides always! :-)

  • get some gas is not the right sentence! She could have crushed the bike. i admire women who want to learn how to ride a motorcycle...

  • worst thing you can tell a newb on a bike, GIVE IT GASS, i'd rather the bike die then them to not understand how the clutch works on a bike.

  • damn im jealous

  • i think i would have gloves on lol

  • ur a stupid fuck. this is probably the reason why u don't get vagina

  • And pants n boots. Loads of ppl buy a bike and cant afford the gear that they should wear. Not saying the driver in the vid can't afford it but u could lose a foot with those shoes.

  • for gods sake, give her some protective gear...

  • yea, she needs gloves and probably needs a jacket for starters...

  • there exactly the same bike, the only difference is about a $600 increase on the 09 model

  • grat! :)

  • im 17 and cant wait for one...i just need a lil more dough, i love how its so cheap though,..these were sold out in canada in the summer i dont know if they still are but i want one! nice video :P cant wait to have people laughing at me when im a noob like that

  • well when u get $500 run down to a kawasaki dealer and put your 09 ninja 205r on hold,if u dont u can forget about geting a ninja 250r 09 or 08

  • damn girl ur fine

  • omg i've never seen a girl before omg!

  • ill fuck u up the ass cuntface

  • and it'd be the most action you've seen in your entire life.

  • and the best wit ur tight hole

  • isn't that a compliment?... or at worst.. not an insult?

  • ill rape u wit a baseball bat

  • what if I'm in to that kind of thing, boozled? Will you at least buy me dinner first?

And monkiefunk, How's the riding going? over the jitters of the first rides?

  • lol

  • i wish i could buy one of these. but im from mexico so i cant. hopefully our next president will help ppl who hav been in usa for more than 7 yrs. become citizens.

then i can pay monthly instead of paying cash in 1 payment.

  • Ehh, everyone has to start somewhere. Great learner bike though.

  • Haha, yea... better than i can say unfortunately... i dropped my first bike and ruined it in a week... haha. but i got it for free so my new ones better now : )

  • dont dissolution the ppl thinking of getting bikes. They are very dangerous, and its a personal choice as to whether u want to take the risk. I choose to take the risk and love riding, but dont let dumbasses like hundredprzm try and fool u into believing ur only gunna have an accident if u make a mistake, so if ur a good rider ur safe. jst not the case. every day i ride i get at least 3 minimum cars either cut me off, attempt to cut me off, or tailgate me.

  • I see it as a life-style.

  • true fact you have an advantage if you are a bicycle rider

  • Look.

Don't worry about anything, Just remember what you've learned through the course. Don't try to analyze everything happening at every second :) I rode a kawa 07 250 for the first time and it was a easy :) (prior no riding exp)

Just remember that the bike itself will basically "ride itself" as I've heard..

Look where you want to go around corners. Smooth clutch release. Countersteering around tight bends at decently high speeds :) You can do it. All you need is exp on it and ur good

  • How Tall Is She

  • looks a bit short, maybe 5'5" - 5'6"?

  • how tall are u because i am 5'5'' and u look around my hight and that bike looks perfect for me.

  • The bike is great for that height group. I can't ride yet, But I have straddled similar bikes, And been up close to the Ninja 250, Its the smallest of the Ninja's. I read somewhere that 5'1 is around the shortest you can be and ride this bike effectivly.

And yes, Most motorcycle accidents are people people do not see motorcycles as cars. They don't respect the rider, and blow through them at intersections. That and teenage boys being dumb.

  • hey -_-" i'm a teenager guy and i'm totally respect to my Ninja

  • noob present.... whats the age limit for a bike, 16? or

  • Frozenstrawbs it depends on the state. In Texas 15 is the age you can ride a motorcycle, but you have restrictions. At 16 you can ride any bike providing you can insure it and register it.

  • I'm thinking about getting one of these I'm 17, the only thing is that I'm scared of dying.=[

  • get a video game

  • im 15 and my dad is thinking of buying me one but im not afraid cuz he takes me riding on his sabre all the time

  • my friend's dad is going to teach me how to ride. i'm 17, but dying isn't my worry (since i'm obviously going to try and avoid that) hehe

it's that my parents would sooner let me be a tight-rope walker than a motorcyle rider!

  • Pull you head out of your ass, and just learn to ride, with that mindset you very well can die.

  • You're not going to die unless it's by your error.

Speeding, trying to push yourself over your limits.

Start slow. Get use to your throttle, basically your WHOLE BIKE. :P

Start off going down streets, around wide bends stop signs etc. Then move onto bigger streets etc etc.

Parking lots provide a great place to practice your turns especially at slow speeds.

    I'm 17, I ride, I'm not dead :)

  • That's so awesome. I'm going to learn how to ride... I want to buy one NOW! :( I love these videos. :)

  • lol you really are ignorant. The majority of motorcycle accidents are caused by cars hitting bikes in intersections.

  • Lol. Those are things to watch out for.

As far as people being afraid to even try on just neighborhood streets or parking lots (empty or wiiide open) yeeaah. :P

It is true that majority of bike accidents are from intersections and just drivers not paying attention cuz "I didn't expect him/her to be there." or the I didn't see him.her

  • your a retard. No, the reason why most drivers hit bikes in intersections is because they dont see them and they dont give way. If you have entered an intersection where you have right of way and a car pulls out right in front of you i dont give a fuck how good a rider you are, your more than likely gunna get hit. Defensive riding has nothing to do with it. Your a dumb fuckwit if you think the only way ur gunna die on a bike is if its your own error. 1 tonne+ car vs 150kg bike u do the math.

  • You are incredibly fucking ignorant.

Bikers get absolutely no respect from class c drivers. I suppose you think splitting lanes is bad too huh? Most drivers don't look for motorcyclist's because they aren't taught to (overlooked). I am fucking embarrassed that I have to share the road with other fucktards that like you.

  • I'm not going to lie, I'm 16 and WAS one of theses drivers. I have an 06 mustang GT but took a friends bike out for a drive and learned a lot. I'm now looking forward to getting my own bike but have learned a lot about how to drive cars by riding one.

  • i never had a bike and im planing on geting this bike as my first bike. heard they are pretty good for biginners. im just gonna get another exhaust for it so it would sound like a bigger bike :D lol. I also heard that once you learn you get bored of this bike because its slow but again i never had a bike so i would be happy with this for a while.

  • yeah man, I was planning on buying a ninja 636 but my father said it wasn't mutch more power than a 250r becuase the hk is the same on both bikes, I'm also changing my exhaust and probably the cylinder maybe :) pretty sure this will be my first bike too.

  • i cant wait till i get my 250, doing the course for my license next week. Im only 15 but i can ride a 250 in texas! woot

  • NO WAY..

  • nice bike and not jumping so i started again and love the only thing i have to say is don't think your a pro and play in trafic because at 120 k/m if u wipe it most likley someone won't be able to stop in time and there is no reset button so be safe and have fun by the way im getting a 250 for my first bike a 15 1/2 i am currently 14 and have been riding since 12

  • a bike is not that hard to learn on if u have the money u can well the way i learned was i got my dad to buy a 2007 rm 85 2 stroke when they were coming out in 2006 i learned in a field in my city it was scary at first my bike can do 115 k/m and doing 60 k/m in the ditch with rocks is scary but you guys just trust your self. riding a bike is easy after awhile after i did a few jumps i messed up on one it hurt bad and that was the end of jumping for that season i said what am i doing with such a

  • she did better than me i about killed myself but im going to buy one and try again.

  • how tall are you?

  • I'm doing great! Improved a lot since I first rode it and I'm lovin the twisties. You'll be a pro in no time.

  • I wanna learn! I've always loved bikes but can't find anyone to teach me! I know the basics and my everyday car is 5 speed as well.... But I just can't get anyone to teach me yet...I can only get on as a passenger...lol...

  • ummm wut is this cowl i keep hearing bout?

  • It is the 'solo seat.' Check out my other video.

  • The worst combination is new rider and new bike

  • Very incorrect.

How can you say that is the "worst combination"? So you are saying those who start off on bigger bikes with no experience, no insurance as ookamidigital said, or noobs with no helmets are better off? You've got to be kidding me.

  • Ok, so it's not the worst combination, but it is a bad one.

  • @monkiefunk i think he meant it's better to learn on an older bike so when you drop it , which you will , it wont get too damaged

  • @monkiefunk yeah exactly

how could that be the worst combination

what does this person want us to start off with a 750cc bike haha

    nice hope your having fun

  • @monkiefunk Damn right nicely said! I have my lisence for some time now and have had a gsxr 600 k7 with 103 BHP who ever thinks they can start of with that you are purly mistaken. Any large bike needs to be respected or it can do some serious damage. All you noobs who are not doing it right intermes of bikes and lisences get your heads out of ya arses, I respect those new people who do it all correctly good on ya and happy learning ;)

  • @SteffoBoy87 i know plenty guys who started on an R6 or gixxer 600 no problems... but ya gotta have SKILLZ.

  • Everything is good, thanks! You'll improve a lot as you keep riding it. :]

  • everyones a nooob at some point.

at least your wearing the correct gear, and the camera man actually helped and didnt just watch and let you crash

  • Looking good. I was that nervous too when I first started

  • So you did take the MSF?? Or not? Clean answer please.

  • Yes I have taken it. If that's not clean enough read my comments on the top right.

  • no offense but you seem kinda clueless and overly nervous if you took your MSF course, was it not very good instruction or are you just not familiar with riding bikes at all?

  • its the first time riding her first bike. give her a break.

  • i wouldnt be letting her drive that

  • It's not so much your ability, but the ability of others around you.

    Nobody plans on getting hit/crashing.

    =)

  • Turppa21....take a safety course....always wear your safety gear....and have fun!!!

Ive been riding a 250 for 5 years and I almost die daily. Lots of asshats on the road that dont see you so just be careful.

Now get your bike and have a blast:)

    Sig

  • These ninjas rock. Im gonna be getting one here soon. anything I should know?

  • Well all I think you should know is that this is a great starter/gas saver bike! :D

  • Thnaks man, I cant wait to get it. They seem kinda zippy.

  • So... A new rider riding with only a helmet?

    lets hope she doesn't fall.

  • Nope I haven't fallen since I've gotten it.

  • nice bike! got the same one in red! keep reppin the lady riders out there we need more of them!

  • That's a nice lookin helmet, what kind is it?

  • It's an Icon flat black mainframe... I think. It's my boyfriend's.

  • I'm about to go out and buy that model for my first bike, i hope i do asw well as you =)

  • i remember mt first time riding that one. it was fun. it only took me 5 minutes to learn.

  • ryan519636 that sucks sooo bad...are you serious 2 grand a year??? i'm 16 and i only have to pay $275 a year for a 08 kawasaki ninja 250

  • What insurance coverage do you have? I'm about to turn sixteen and am planning on getting this bike for my first one...will probably be an '08 model too. Gotta get my license then take the MSF courses...will take a while but I'll get there :)

  • well my parents have metlife so i called there and thats the quote i got...$274 to be exact..i'm probably gonna get my license next year so i have a while too :(

  • *sigh* I hate being patient :P going to check out Kawi's 250 stock now though so maybe that'll help haha

  • sweet bike,it looks like the KAWI EX650

  • Liability insurance is really cheap because it's only a 250. I check with mercury online and for me it's less than $100 a year. The same as a scooter.

  • no its not thats bullshit

  • total bullshit, insurance just costs what you want to pay for. if you just get liability then it could be like maybe 50 bucks a month for this baby bike. i pay 220 a month for a liter bike & thats with good coverage and theft

  • O= u pay 220 for insurance holly crap

who do u have insurance with???

    i have 2001 zx-11 full coverage insurance

    with allstate and i pay $80 /= u should

look into it if u pay that much wow

  • I pay $114 a month for my 2008 Ducati 1098s superbike for full coverage insurance plus uninsured motorist coverage. look at the video of my bike and you might see a little difference to this one(lol Jk), so there is no justifying such a high payment. BTW Congratulations on the bike, great to see women on them, have fun, n piss off the neighbors lol.

  • really? lol i just got my bike 2 weeks ago and bought some insurance real quick so i could ride, thanks for the heads up though. oh P.S. im 19 with a accident, that might be why my payment is high lol

  • awsome bike

  • i never did that... altough i rode dirtbikes for years before i rode on the streets.

  • LOL at the complaining at the beginning...not in a bad way though, more of in a cute manner though.

  • lol nice... this is the bike i want to get to start :) going to college and cant afford gas and there cheaper then a small car and way FASTER :) lol

  • dude that's exactly what i want to do too. i'm trying to save up some money for this before i get into college

  • Nice bike but buy some gear

  • What is going on? Who are you talking to?

Got any reasons for saying whatever you are trying to say?

    Your confusing me man.

  • the ninja 250's were a turn off for me, but it's about time they actually modeled something that looks fun to ride. I think most people want a 600 for he look and now they will have a second opinion. Sharp lookin bike!

  • Not quite there yet, but sharpER looking bike. :p

  • this is such a short and sweet vid, very basic, yet i keep watching it. something about the angle of the bike in beginning of the shot, it just looks so good lol. just put a deposit down on a black one this morning, cant wait, keep the ninja vids coming MonkieFunk!

  • how tall r u..im only 5'4 wud i be able touch both feet on ground

  • youre pretty short, how old are you? you shouldnt be riding sport bikes if youre younger then 16 honestly.

  • Yes, I am short. However, I'm 21.

  • haha, no i wasnt talking about you, someone asked if they are too short to ride a 250r and they were 5'4'' but the way he wrote made him seem like a kid. sorry about that.

  • Oh hahaha!! I thought you were talking to me because even in person people think I'm 18, and I think it's cuz I'm short.

  • lol, its alright if girls are young looking. Youll be wanting that oneday!

  • Hahah so TRUE! :P

  • Yes i am 5'4" i am actually 24 now..i'm a dude,damn asian gene,hehe jk

  • hahah, i feel for ya bro, my cousin is super short too. You shouldnt have any problem with this bike though.

  • dont worry about that im short too im 5 foot 7 but most professional drivers are in a height rage because were smaller which is a little easier on the bike to go faster/quicker

  • Kind of like jockeys who ride horses. The smaller you are the lower the center of gravity and the easier it is for the horse/bike to move faster. It's about the only real time in life being short has an advantage. :(

  • lol same here ive only been on a bike once but still i guess being shorter does have 1 positive side to it

  • Believe me,except looking good, tall people are the one with a lot of problems!

It's not common for a tall man to be a gymnast is it?They usually have problems with balance and acrobatics..

but both being short(er) and tall have pros and cons =)

  • yup you cant see in crowds when your short

  • Reconsider.

  • is this bike good for beginners?
