  • i have 10 pets! 5 of them are cockatiels! and a dog that is 11 yrs old and all she does is sniff them she knows if she harms them shes out the door period. she is well trained when i tell her to come she does, she does almost everything i tell her. she is a sweetie but she knows where her bounderys are lol.

  • haha, i got nearly the same video!! gotta love the congo's!

  • nice cat. I have seen how cats try to eat birds :(

  • PARROTS RULE!!! Teeheehee, thanks for sharing!

  • I'm glad Sadie keeps her distance. It's safer for the parrots that way.

  • She grew up 9 years with birds. She has no front claws and I wouldn't have a cat except for Sadie. I love my birds too much to chance it.

  • I know that you are a great parrot companion and you have given me great advice on my 5! I admire what you do in your rescue work with parrots and wild birds. You are a good person and your bird/parrot companions are lucky to have you in thier lives!

  • Thank you! That was a very nice thing to say. It's especially nice, coming from a nice bird lover, like yourself! :)

  • Doesn't matter how much she has been around birds, a quick nip from a bird will bring a response, cats (like dogs) carry Pasteurella and it will kill a bird from the slightest contact. I have a grey and a cat, they are never allowed in open proximity to each other, its never worth the risk.

  • He heh I used to have a cat that would sit on the couch and watch TV with me and my Guinea Pig.

  • OMGosh! That's so funny! :)
